Humm is a customer financing solution for in-store and online purchases. You can make purchases from $1 – $30,000 and can pay in installments in as little as 6 bi-weekly payments or monthly up to 60 months.
How do I pay using humm?

1. Download the humm app, sign-up and apply for credit
2. Shop at any humm retailer
3. As you checkout, let the store staff know you’d like to pay using humm
4. They will send you a link via SMS to complete your purchase – click on the link
5. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase

You need:
– Age of majority in province/territory of residence
– Canadian resident
– Mobile number
– Email address
– Bank account (credit card is optional, but not required)
Humm is currently not available to customers or merchants based in Quebec.
How does the payment schedule work?

For purchases up to $1,500 customers can repay in 6 bi-weekly payments. For purchases $1,501 – $30,000, customers can pick from the available terms.
Repayments are automatically debited from the default payment method you added when you created your humm account
What if I need to return all or part of my purchase that I made with humm?

For a full or partial refund, the retailer will process this transaction and the installments and fees that have been paid will be returned to the original payment method.
It can take 3-10 business day to see the refund on your original payment method.
Please contact the retailer for their refund policy.

For purchases under $1,500 there is no cost for you to use humm! No fees, no interest.
For purchases over $1,501, interest and a monthly fee may apply and varies by retailer. You will be able to see all fees and interest rates available to you as you checkout before you complete your payment using humm.
